AbsoluteJS Management privacy

Updated September 27, 2026.

AbsoluteJS Management is a private task workspace for Nagy Ventures and its invited collaborators.

Google sign-in

We request your Google account identifier, name, email address, and email verification status to sign you in, match invitations, and manage company access. Sign-in does not request Gmail messages or access to Google Drive.

Workspace data

The application stores your account, login session, company memberships, invitations, tasks, assignments, comments, notifications, notification preferences, and bot profile settings in our Neon PostgreSQL database. Tasks are available to authorized company or task-group members and the workspace administrator.

Connected accounts and assistants

You may separately connect Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Calendar. Sign-in alone does not authorize mailbox or calendar access. Connected-account credentials are encrypted in the database with a server-held key and belong only to the connecting user. The connection screen explains each permission. You can explicitly publish individual task deadlines to your connected calendar. Management keeps those events updated and removes them when the task is completed, its deadline is removed, or your task access ends. Enrolled preview participants can request a Management verification test. The mailbox owner can deny the request, approve one test, or save permission for the exact teammate, mailbox and test service for 30 days and up to 100 uses. Approval requires a passkey. Saved permission allows subsequent matching tests without another prompt and can be revoked from Assistants. Changed service configuration requires fresh approval. Only with an active permission does a worker search recent mail from management@absolutejs.com, check sender authentication and the exact test challenge, and submit its code to the Management test. The test grants no login or account access. Codes are excluded from model inputs, application records, receipts, logs and notifications. A separately approved DigitalOcean preview can complete a real email/password login in an attached browser. It requires fresh one-use approval, verifies the configured authenticated sender and recipient within a short time window, and submits only to the bound DigitalOcean verification form. This grants DigitalOcean account access; it does not authorize recovery or security-setting changes. Service discovery is available to enrolled participants. The mailbox owner may permit a bounded inspection of up to ten recent messages from the requested service domain. Only authenticated, unambiguous supported login templates produce a candidate; bodies and codes are not retained. The owner reviews the exact login origin, sender and subject before signing a one-use or saved permission. Saved sign-in permission is scoped to that teammate, mailbox and template for 30 days or 100 uses and can be revoked. Generic execution uses an attached browser and verifies the expected signed-in account; unsupported services stop for review. You can enroll a passkey for approving assistant permissions; only its public key and verification metadata are stored, never your device PIN or biometric data. Future assistant access and code sharing require additional explicit permissions. Disconnecting deletes Management’s stored credentials for that connection; you can also revoke application consent in your provider account settings.

Task assistant

When you ask the task assistant for help, your request and any selected-task context it reads are sent to the AI provider shown in the interface. Anthropic is currently enabled. Your assistant request history is stored in Management and visible only to you while you retain access to the related task. Verification codes, mailbox message bodies and connected-account credentials are not supplied to the model. Sign-in proposals require review and do not themselves authorize mailbox access or sign-in.

Meetings

When you invite Juniper, Management's assistant, to a Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting, Recall.ai joins the call as “Juniper (recording)” and streams its audio and chat to Management. Deepgram transcribes the audio, and requests addressed to Juniper, and the meeting notes, are processed by the AI provider shown in the interface (currently Anthropic). The person who invites Juniper must confirm that everyone in the meeting knows it is recorded and transcribed, and Juniper announces this in the meeting chat when it joins. Only the person who invited Juniper, and people they approve, can ask it to act; it acts with that person's own access. Transcripts, participant names and notes are stored in Management and are visible to the person who invited Juniper and to administrators. Recall.ai keeps the call's audio recording for 7 days. Meeting time, transcription and replies count toward the inviting person's usage allowance.

Protected browser sessions

You can open a temporary browser for an approved sign-in. It runs on our restricted DigitalOcean infrastructure and expires after 15 minutes. Passwords and other private text are sent to that browser, never to the assistant model. Previews are shown only to the requester and are not recorded. Browser cookies are not exported, and ending the session removes its temporary profile. We retain session metadata and the protected exchange audit record, without passwords or verification codes.

Service providers

Google provides account authentication, Neon hosts the workspace database, and Resend processes invitation and task-notification email addresses and messages for delivery. UploadThing stores private uploaded files; Management checks your current company or task access before providing a download. File removals hide the record immediately and queue deletion of the stored bytes. Task notification emails link to the portal without including task titles or comment contents. You can change email and in-app preferences in Notifications. Workspace data is used to operate this service and is not sold or used for advertising.

Contact and deletion

Contact alexkahn2019@gmail.com to request access changes or deletion of your account and associated personal data. Shared company records may need to remain for the company’s ongoing work.

You can revoke Google authorization in your Google account connections.
